General outside work:-

• Clearing guttering
• Cleaning paintwork including window frames etc
• Painting soffits, fascias, doors, windows, garage doors
• Erecting, repairing and treating fencing panels
• Treating rotten woodwork (sills, windows etc).
• General repair work to sheds, summerhouses etc

Inside the home:-

• Tiling
• Laying floors (including laminate flooring)
• Changing tap washers, and other small plumbing jobs
• Sealing bath, shower and sink units (silicone)
• Putting up curtain rails
• Hanging mirrors, pictures, hanging and fitting internal doors
• Changing locks and door furniture
• Painting and decorating
• Wallpapering
• Putting up cornices and dado rails etc
• Changing sockets, light fittings, switches etc.
• Minor plaster repairs

In the garden:-

• Mowing
• Hedge trimming
• Weeding
• Decking – construction, painting/treating etc
• Laying paving, paving repairs and treating (including jet washing)

Other services provided:-

• House/garage clearance and cleaning service
• Flatpack furniture assembly
• Refurbishment for buy to let properties or getting a property ready for sale

I do all of the work myself but will call on fellow BNI members to do the plumbing (Joe P ), electrics (Kevin), building (Ashley) and Maria if there is a kitchen to plan and install.
