in North Worcestershire
Formed in the summer of 2003, BNI Black
Pear is one of the region’s most
successful BNI Chapters and has attracted a
wide range of trades and professions as members.
Members work together to generate business
referrals for each other by sharing
contacts and generally looking out
for opportunities for fellow members.
This
web site introduces you to Black Pear's members,
explains how BNI operates and how you can apply
to join our group. Only one
representative is permitted from any single
trade or profession so you can lock out your
competitors if accepted as a member.
BNI
- Business Networking International
BNI is the world's
largest and most successful business networking
organisation. It is based on the principle of
"givers gain" which
means you join our Chapter asking yourself not
"What's in it for me?" but rather
"How can I help my fellow members develop
their businesses?". The result is we
help and support each other and we all gain business
through it!
You may have
tried other networking organisations and found
them frustrating. Meetings where the bankers sit
at one table and the accountants at another and
your chance to "network" is down to
pot luck and which table you end up on. There
are admirable organisations with a social or charitable
intent where you may stumble across a new business
contact but BNI is radically different
from these. It exists solely to generate
business referrals for its members and
there is no duplication within a business category.
It is a sociable group but not
a social one!

morning from 6-45 am to 8-30 am at Bromsgrove
Rugby Club on Finstall Road in Bromsgrove
and include a full English breakfast. |
