This proven 3-stage process creates
a practical blueprint to help any business close
the gap between current performance and the aspirations
and needs of the business owner.
Consultancy
Once the client has completed
the planning stage at the tail end of the Diagnostic
Process it is normal for Ology to get involved
in helping the client to make some or all of their
prioritised recommendations a reality. Ology’s
approach to project work is innovative and fundamentally
differentiates them in the market place.
Business Coaching
There are two things we know
about running a business. Firstly it can be a
very lonely place, and secondly, unlike employees,
no one really holds the business owner accountable.
The Ology approach is to help clients to achieve
goals and results within the business and in their
private life quicker than they would on their

Ology has pinpointed effective
