Consultancy Services
We provide a wide range of consultancy
services to clients to enable compliance with
current legislation, as well as best practice
within the industry sector. In order to provide
a ‘buffer’ we can liaise with Enforcement
Authorities on our client's behalf to resolve
problems by taking a pragmatic approach.
Where client organisations are
subjected to legal proceedings such as criminal
prosecution and closure of premises, we can work
with specialist solicitors and barristers in preparing
a defence. Having accumulated considerable experience
in criminal and civil litigation over many years,
we are included in the Law Society Directory of
Expert Witnesses. We have considerable experience
in preparing Expert Witness Reports and giving
evidence in Court.

Our Principal Consultant, Himmat Rai, has extensive
experience of enforcing the law for many years
and can therefore advise clients on compliance
without incurring unnecessary expenditure. He
is highly qualified in his area of expertise and
has written journal articles, whilst his book
on 'Food Emergencies' was published in April 2003.
Most of all, we demystify the jargon and provide
