Team
The Chapter's Leadership Team is changed every
6 months. During a member's term as part of the
Leadership Team he/she receives free membership.
All team leaders must attend BNI team leader training.
The Leadership Team of any BNI chapter consists
of:
• Chapter Director
• Membership Co-ordinator
• Secretary/Treasurer
Main Roles:
Chapter
Director…
1. Sets the overall strategy for the Chapter in
conjunction with the Leadership Team.
2. Runs the weekly meeting ensuring that the BNI
agenda is followed closely
3. Acts a figurehead for the Chapter to local
businesses, press and other business organisations
Above all else, the Chapter Director
leads by example!
Membership
Co-ordinator…
1. Chairs the Membership Committee which vets
all applications to join or renew membership
2. Produces weekly reports on numbers of visitors
and referrals
3. Produces a monthly Membership Committee report
Secretary/
Treasurer...
1. Handles process of new members joining and
existing members renewing membership
2. Reminds members when renewal fees are due
3. Deals with the Chapter's bank account.
